This privacy notice for RBK (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“), describes how and why we may collect, store, use, and/or share (“process“) your personal information when you use our services (“Services“), such as when you:

• Visit our website at www.rbk.bm;
• Connect to our social media page(s) or any other application of ours that links to this privacy notice; and,
• Engage with us in other related ways ― including any advertising, branding, marketing, or events that we undertake on your behalf.

The Company will only collect the personal information of its website visitors if they specifically and knowingly provide it. The Company’s employees and/or those acting on its behalf, will only obtain, use and disclose such personal information in a confidential manner and in accordance with Bermuda’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Examples of personal information include, but are not limited to, name, age, address, email address and telephone number. It may also include occupation and employer information and identification documents when collected in connection with legal or regulatory requirements or for service delivery.

General PIPA principles with which the Company complies are to:

1) Adopt suitable measures and policies to give effect to its obligations and to the rights of individuals set out in PIPA.

2) Consider the nature, scope, context, and purposes of the use of personal information and the risk to individuals by the use of the personal information.

3) Maintain responsibility for always ensuring compliance with PIPA when engaging (by contract or otherwise) the services of a third party in connection with the use of personal information.

4) Designate a representative (“privacy officer”) for the purposes of compliance with PIPA who will have primary responsibility for communicating with the Commissioner. Privacy Officer may delegate their duties to one or more individuals.

5) Act in a reasonable manner in meeting its responsibilities under PIPA.

The Company website may contain links to third party sites outside the Company domain. While we maintain responsibility for ensuring compliance with PIPA as noted, we do not control the privacy practices of the websites of external entities and recommend that you review any applicable third-party privacy policies.
